Refund Policy

When we refund

• The video was never delivered. If a render fails on our side, the credits for that video go back. If you paid and nothing was delivered, we refund that payment.
• The video came out clearly broken. Email us within 14 days of the purchase and say which video. We make it again or refund it.

When we do not refund

A video that was delivered as described is not refundable, because the render has already been paid for on our side. A result you do not like the look of is not, by itself, a broken video: AI video is not exact, and faces and details can come out differently from your photo.

How to ask

Email support@tinydesk-ai.vip from the address on your account. Say which video and what went wrong. We answer within two working days.
